December 4, 2019-The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has today updated its Questions and Answers on the Prospectus Regulation with two new Q&As.
The two Q&As provide clarification on the following issues in relation to the Prospectus Regulation:

December 4, 2019--The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has today updated its Questions and Answers on the application of the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD)
ESMA has added one new Q&A on the AIFMD reporting to National Competent Authorities.
The Q&A provides clarification on reporting requirements on liquidity stress tests for closed-ended unleveraged Alternative Investment Fund (AIFs).

Gemini Hires Former Starling Bank Founder as Managing Director of Europe
December 4, 2019--Gemini, the cryptocurrency exchange co-founded by Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss, is tapping a digital bank founder to manage its European operations, the company announced Wednesday.
Julian Sawyer, former co-founder and chief operating officer at U.K.-based Starling Bank, will shape the exchange's strategy for the region as well as manage European hiring, according to a press release. Sawyer will report to Gemini's president, Cameron Winklevoss.

Institutions Are Showing Interest in ETP Tied to Binance Coin, Amun Says
December 3, 2019---Swiss crypto investment product provider Amun says it has received significant institutional interest in its exchange-traded product (ETP) tied to the Binance Coin (BNB) exchange token.
Amun's Managing Director and Head of ETFs, Laurent Kssis, said the company’s European roadshow in London, Zurich, Milan and Scandinavia is already "fully booked" with meetings with representatives from over 30 institutional investors across the continent.

Monetary developments in the euro area: October 2019
November 28, 2019--Annual growth rate of broad monetary aggregate M3 stood at 5.6% in October 2019, unchanged from previous month (revised from 5.5%)
Annual growth rate of narrower monetary aggregate M1, comprising currency in circulation and overnight deposits, increased to 8.4% in October from 7.9% in September.
Annual growth rate of adjusted loans to households stood at 3.5% in October, compared with 3.4% in September
Annual growth rate of adjusted loans to non-financial corporations increased to 3.8% in October from 3.6% in September
