Deutsche Asset Management to Transfer Primary Listing of 8 Exchange-Traded Funds to Bats Exchange
December 23, 2016--Deutsche Asset Management (Deutsche AM) today announced it will change the primary listing venue for eight X-trackers exchange-traded funds (ETFs) to the Bats Exchange on or about January 6, 2017.

CBOE's longtime chairman Brodsky to step down after Bats deal
December 22, 2016--CBOE Holdings Inc (CBOE.O) Chairman Bill Brodsky will step down after two decades leading the board when the exchange operator closes a planned $3.2 billion deal for Bats Global Markets Inc (BATS.Z), CBOE said on Thursday.
Chief Executive Ed Tilly will replace him as chairman.

Vanguard Reports First Wave Of 2016 Expense Ratio Changes
December 22, 2016--Lower expense ratios reported for 35 mutual fund and ETF shares
Vanguard clients saved a total of $13 million as a result of lower expense ratios reported today for 35 individual mutual fund shares, including 11 exchange-traded fund shares (ETFs).*
These changes represent the first wave of Vanguard funds with a fiscal-year-end date in 2016 to report expense ratio changes (in this instance, funds with a fiscal year that ends in August).

December 21, 2016--ETFGI, the leading independent research and consultancy firm on trends in the global ETF/ETP ecosystem, today reported assets invested in ETFs/ETPs listed in the United States reached a new record high of US$2.471 trillion at the end of November 2016.
Net flows gathered by ETFs/ETPs in November were strong with US$48.07 Bn of net new assets gathered during the month marking the 9th consecutive month of net inflows, according to preliminary data from ETFGI's November 2016 global ETF and ETP industry insights report.
