The fund positions are determined using a proprietary quantitative model,the Dynamic Beta Engine. This model identifies factors that have the greatest impact on the performance of a select pool of the largest alternative managed futures funds. The strategy is implemented through long and short positions in broad asset classes such as equity indices,government bonds,currencies and,via structured finance instruments,commodities.
