The Fund is the firm's fifth ETF and its first brought to market through a Section 351 exchange - a structure that lets investors contribute appreciated securities into the Fund on a tax-deferred basis. The launch is led by the firm's Private Client & Institutional group, which manages portfolios directly for institutions, foundations, and private clients.
