Abu Dhabi market makes detour ahead of 5,000 points
April 3, 2014--The Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange General Index (ADXGI) fell by 0.64 per cent to 4,923.47 points on Thursday, April 3, despite positive market breadth.
United Arab Bank and Bank of Umm Al-Qaiwain fell by 8.75 per cent and 7.05 per cent, respectively.

Qatar Islamic Bank gains on Zain co-financing
April 3, 2014--The Qatar Exchange 20 Index advanced by 0.37 per cent to 11,983.87 points on Thursday, April 3.
Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) gained 0.94 per cent, reaching QAR75.50. Earlier in the day, QIB said it participated in a $250 million Murabaha syndicated Finance to Zain.

April 2, 2014--The Tadawul All-Share Index closed 0.29 per cent higher at 9,537.83 points on Wednesday, April 2, amid moderate trading turnover.
SABIC advanced 0.21 per cent to SAR118.25. Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company advanced 0.90 per cent to SAR16.90. National Industrialization Company recorded the biggest drop, ending down by 4.42 per cent to reach SAR32.40.

April 2, 2014--The KSE market index advanced by 0.16 per cent, closing at 7,570.52 points on Wednesday, April 2.
Al-Nawadi Holding jumped by 8.77 per cent to KWD0.124. National Bank of Kuwait, the biggest lender in the northern Gulf state, closed unchanged at KWD1. Gulf Franchising Holding dived by 9.3 per cent to KWD0.078.
