Dubai market does one step back, and 1.5 forward

The construction giant Arabtec and the Dubai's two biggest developers, Emaar and Union Properties, closed unchanged.
DP World locked up in yo-yo trading

Market bellwether DP World dived two per cent to close at $20.09. The third largest container port operator has been trading in a narrow range around $20 since mid-July 2014.
