ESAs see continued risks in EU financial markets and call for rigorous action on assets and liabilities
September 9, 2015--The European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs) for securities (ESMA), banking (EBA), and insurance and occupational pensions (EIOPA) have today issued their August 2015 Joint Committee Report on Risks and Vulnerabilities in the EU financial system.
The joint risk report informs on risks in the EU financial system (banking, securities and insurance sector), with a particular focus on cross-sectoral vulnerabilities and developments.
The joint risk report identifies that risks to the EU financial system have persisted since March 2015. Risks resulting from low interest rates, search for yield and low profitability of financial institutions remain present, along with risks related to reductions in market liquidity and their possible implications for asset managers. The fragile recovery of European economies continues to adversely affect profitability and asset quality of the EU's financial sector.

Deutsche Boerse AG completes sale of treasury shares as part of financing of the 360T acquisition
September 3, 2015--Deutsche Börse AG has successfully completed the placement of 2,475,248 treasury shares, thereby raising a total amount of 200 million Euro.
The placement was carried out through an accelerated bookbuild offering to institutional investors only.
Settlement of the offering is expected to take place on 8 September 2015.

Vonovia SE to be included in DAX
September 3, 2015--Deutsche Börse reviews index composition/Changes to be effective as of 21 September
September 3, 2013--On Thursday Deutsche Börse decided on changes in its selection indices which will become effective on 21 September 2015.
The share of Vonovia SE (formerly Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE) will be included in DAX and will replace the share of Lanxess, which will move to the MDAX index.
Furthermore, the shares of Deutsche Pfandbriefbank and Hella KGaA Hueck & Co. will be included in MDAX while Gerry Weber International AG will leave the Index

Deutsche Boerse AG launches sale of treasury shares as part of financing of the 360T acquisition
September 3, 2015--Deutsche Börse: AG launches the sale of treasury shares through an accelerated bookbuild offering.
The offering is open to institutional investors, with the aim of generating proceeds of up to 200 million Euro. The entire proceeds of the offering will be used to partially finance the acquisition of 360T Beteiligungs GmbH.

Turnover at Deutsche Boerse's cash markets at 142.3 billion euros in August
September 1, 2015--Order book turnover on Xetra, Börse Frankfurt and Tradegate Exchange across all asset classes stood at €142.3 billion in August (August 2014: €94.3 billion).
Of the €142.3 billion, €130.9 billion were attributable to Xetra (August 2014: €87.0 billion). The average daily turnover on Xetra stood at €6.2 billion in August (August 2014: €4.1 billion). A turnover of €4.7 billion was attributable to Börse Frankfurt (August 2014: €3.8 billion). Order book turnover on Tradegate Exchange* totalled approximately €6.7 billion in August (August 2014: €3.5 billion).
