April 17, 2025-Avantis InvestorsR, a $55 billion* investment offering from the $245 billion** global asset manager American Century InvestmentsR, expands its investment capabilities with the launch of Avantis Credit ETF (AVGB). The fund is now available on the NASDAQ Exchange.

Global X Offers Precise U.S. Equity Exposure with Launch of Domestic Focused Funds
April 16, 2025-EGLE and FLAG invest in S&P 500 companies that generate over half their revenue in the U.S.
Global X Management Company LLC ("Global X"), the New York-based provider of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), today announced expanded access to U.S. equities with the launch of two funds: The Global X S&P 500 U.S. Revenue Leaders ETF (EGLE), and the Global X S&P 500 U.S. Market Leaders Top 50 ETF (FLAG).
The funds are designed to capture robust U.S. economic growth by tracking American companies within the S&P 500 that generate at least 50% of their revenue domestically.

ETFGI reports net inflows in the ETFs industry in the United States for Q1 are a record at US$298 billion
April 15, 2025-ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm renowned for its expertise in subscription research, consulting services, events, and ETF TV on global ETF industry trends, reported today that net inflows in the ETFs industry in the United States for Q1 are a record at US$298 billion, according to ETFGI's March 2025 US ETFs and ETPs industry landscape insights report, the monthly report which is part of an annual paid-for research subscription service.
Highlights
Net inflows of $96.24 Bn in March.
Q1 net inflows of $298.00 Bn are the highest on record, followed by Q1 net inflows of $252.23 Bn in 2021 and the third highest recorded Q1 net inflows are of $232.18 Bn in 2024.
Assets of $10.40 Tn invested in the ETFs industry in the United States at the end of March which are the fourth highest on record, below the record high assets of $10.73 Tn in January 2025.

CFTC Staff Issues Interpretation Regarding U.S. Treasury Exchange-Traded Funds as Eligible Margin Collateral for Uncleared Swaps
April 14, 2025--The Commodity Futures Trading Commission's Market Participants Division today issued an interpretation to clarify the types of assets that qualify as eligible margin collateral for certain uncleared swap transactions under CFTC regulations.
CFTC Regulation 23.156 lists the types of collateral that covered swaps entities can post or collect as initial margin (IM) and variation margin (VM) for uncleared swap transactions. The regulation, which includes "redeemable securities in a pooled investment fund" as eligible IM collateral, aims to identify assets that are liquid and will hold their value in times of financial stress.
The interpretation clarifies the division's view that shares of certain U.S. Treasury exchange-traded funds may be considered redeemable securities in a pooled investment fund and may qualify as eligible IM and VM collateral subject to the conditions in CFTC Regulation 23.156.
