Horizons ETFs Announces Changes to the Horizons Medical Marijuana Life Sciences ETF
June 8, 2017--Horizons ETFs Management (Canada) Inc. ("Horizon ETFs") has announced that it will change the name of the Horizons Medical Marijuana Life Sciences ETF to "Horizons Marijuana Life Sciences Index ETF" effective on or about June 15, 2017.y.
Its primary ticker symbol, HMMJ, will remain the same. HMMJ is the first ETF in the world that offers direct exposure to North American-listed companies with significant business activities in the marijuana industry.

FINRA Issues Research on Securitized-Asset Liquidity
June 8, 2017--The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Office of the Chief Economist today posted a new Research Note on liquidity in structured products, complementing an earlier report on corporate-bond liquidity.
The new analysis focused on two categories of products: real-estate securities, including mortgage-backed securities in residential housing and commercial buildings, as well as collateralized mortgage products and to-be-announced forward mortgages; and asset-backed securities in credit cards, automobiles, student loans and other miscellaneous products.

Edward Rosenberg Joins American Century Investments To Oversee The Firm's Exchange Traded Funds Initiative
June 8, 2017--American Century Investments today announced that Edward Rosenberg has been named senior vice president and head of ETFs for the $165 billion* global asset management firm. Rosenberg joins American Century from Northern Trust's FlexShares business, where he has served as senior vice president and head of ETF capital markets and analytics.

CBO-Monthly Budget Review for May 2017
June 7, 2017--The federal budget deficit was $432 billion for the first eight months of fiscal year 2017, the Congressional Budget Office estimates-$26 billion more than the shortfall recorded during the same span last year.
But that result was affected by shifts in 2016 in the timing of certain payments that otherwise would have been due on a weekend. If not for those shifts, the deficit for the first eight months of fiscal year 2017 would have been $68 billion larger than the one recorded for the same period last year.
