current regional disparities and ongoing policy initiatives; capacity to finance infrastructure needs, promoting domestic saving through developing financial inclusion, and the opportun ity cost of quasi-fiscal activities ; fostering regional integration to stimulate non-oil exports; and building a data platform for enhanced decision-making.
