ETF (Cboe Canada: ETHC.B) (the "Terminating Fund") into Purpose Ether ETF (TSX: ETHH.B) (the "Continuing Fund") on a tax-deferred basis (the "Merger") on or about February 13, 2025 (the "Merger Date").
